Eligibility:

’The World Exhibition Calendar’ is available to you for your use which may include business networking, creation and support of your customers and legitimate commercial activities as provided by the Site.

Members should be sixteen years of age or older. Any registration by anyone under 16 is not permitted.

Any liability we have of any sort (including liability for negligence) is limited to £100 for all events in any 12 month period.

Advertising & News Listings

Members may purchase any type of listing.

Listings will remain on the site for 12 months, upon which the annual renewal fee will be due. Listings may be removed from the site at any time by giving notice in writing or by email to ’The World Exhibition Calendar’ s. Removal of the listings will then be carried out within 28 days. Fees will not be reimbursed for listings that are removed from the site part way through a 12- month term. Should a Member company cease to trade, ’The World Exhibition Calendar’ reserve the right to remove any associated enhanced listings.

Responsibility for the content and accuracy of listings lies with the advertising company and completion. Listings can be update any time in the control panel.’The World Exhibition Calendar’ reserve the right to amend or remove content from any listing if it is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate, this will be notified to the advertising company prior to publishing so that alternative text can be submitted if required. All information is registered by event organisers and 'The World Exhibtiion Calendar' can not be held responsible for changes or errors in information.

Listings may be upgraded at any time difference in price will be charged.
’The World Exhibition Calendar’ provides advertising in good faith and provides exposure to ’The World Exhibition Calendar’ customers using the site. ’The World Exhibition Calendar’ does not not guarantee the number of hits or visits to your site that the restaurant site will receive. Once advertising has been paid ,no refunds for advertising are available.

’The World Exhibition Calendar’ cannot guarantee the position of your news listing on the site. The most recent news listing will be published first. We cannot guarantee that all news listings will be published in the Newsletter.
While the administrators and editors of this directory will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every link. Therefore you acknowledge that all links submitted to this directory express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, editors or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
